Hello ladies!! The week has still just begun and there is so much more to learn and see.
We had the privilege of meeting Miss Lisa Matthews. Who also happened to be the Pima County Facilities Management overseer. She happened to answer everyone’s questions very thoroughly and lovingly.
I’ve talked to different girls from every city, county, and district and I’ve heard nothing but great things. She was very motivating towards not only women of color, but women everywhere.
Today there was great amounts of county discussion alongside nominations for different positions.
We had a great county rally and there was so much cheer. I have met so many different people from many different parts of Arizona. Whether it was 4 hours away or 4 minutes away they are all lovely people to be acquainted with.
Today was very eye opening with all of the opinionated young women. I even talked to my city about very controversial topics at meals and I couldn’t be more proud of these young women that voice their opinion in a more respectable manner than most adults.
I can see that our future is bright with these hard driven women in our hands.
